We offer direct-to-renter cleaning service. You direct your renters to us and we take care of scheduling cleaning services without you having to get involved. When a renter moves out, they call us and we take responsibility for having the property in condition for the new renter moving in. If the new people have any cleaning issues we take care of it. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and have us prepare your property for the new tenant. We bill you directly for either option so you can promptly take care of deposit resolution.
Of course, we’re experienced in dealing with those problem tenants who trashed your property and we can help you get it back to rentable condition.
We also offer common area maintenance such as hallways, parking areas and stairwells for apartment complexes on a regular schedule. We can even provide cleaning service between renters at short notice if required.
